There is no developer buy, the create is a private bundle so nobody can trade in that block, duplicate tickers are refused, and creator fees buy the coin back and burn it. LAUNCH said it would leave StonkFun for its own curves, with a 3% fee: 1% buys and burns LAUNCH, 1% goes to the new coin, and 1% stays with the platform.
