What is the Bitget Wallet Card?

Bitget Wallet Card is a credit card that makes it easy to use your crypto assets for everyday purchases.
Jointly issued by Bitget Wallet and Immersve, this Mastercard allows users to make purchases at merchants worldwide. The Bitget Wallet Card is a major step toward realizing the vision of "Crypto for Everyone"—seamlessly integrating crypto into daily life and breaking down payment barriers between blockchain and the real world.

Who can apply for the Bitget Wallet card?

Whitelisted users from the following countries/regions are eligible to apply: Europe (EEA and UK), Latin American countries (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, and Peru), Australia, and New Zealand.
How do I apply for the Bitget Wallet Card?

You can apply directly in the latest version of the Bitget Wallet app. Open the app, navigate to the Wallet section at the bottom, and tap Bank Card to begin your application. If your information is complete and clear, verification should only take a minute. You’ll be notified if additional details are needed. Once your card is activated, you can begin spending immediately.
What are the fees for using the card?

The activation fee is $10 and will be paid when the card is activated. The Immersve card does not charge any annual or monthly fees, nor does it require a deposit fees. A 1.7% fiat conversion fee applies to non-USD purchases and will be deducted automatically. USD payments are free of charge.
How do I deposit funds?

Currently, you can deposit USDC via the Base network and spend directly from the card. Funds can be withdrawn at any time.
Is there a limit per transaction or for daily spending?

Yes. The daily spending limit is $5000, and the annual limit is $100,000.
What are the payment providers supported by the Bitget Wallet Card?

The Bitget Wallet card can be linked to major payment providers such as Apple Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay. It's also accepted on numerous global platforms including Amazon, TikTok, ChatGPT, and Grab.
Can I apply for a physical card?

Physical cards are currently under development. Virtual card holders will be the first to become eligible to apply for a physical card once available.
Can I suspend my card?

Yes. You can suspend your card by changing its status in the Manage Card section. Once suspended, the card cannot be used for payments, but you can reactivate it at any time by toggling the status back on. You may also cancel your card, but note that cancellation is permanent. You'll need to apply for a new card if you want to use it again. Suspension or cancellation will not affect your ability to deposit or withdraw funds.
How do I recover my card account if I lose my wallet?

Even if you lose access to your wallet (e.g., by losing or forgetting your seed phrase), you can still use your card for spending as usual. However, you won't be able to recover your card account or make deposits and withdrawals. Make sure to keep your wallet safe.
