This market will resolve to “Yes” if Florentino Perez ceases to be the President of Real Madrid for any length of time by December 31, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

An announcement of Florentino Perez’s resignation or firing before the market’s end date will immediately resolve this market to “Yes”, regardless of when the announced resignation or firing goes into effect.

This market’s primary resolution source will be official information from Real Madrid and/or Florentino Perez; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the listed team achieves promotion from LALIGA 2 to LALIGA for the 2026–27 season at the conclusion of the current league season. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

Official promotion is defined as a team clinching a place in LALIGA for the 2026–27 season through their final standing in the LALIGA 2, via playoff victory, or by any other official league decision recognized by LALIGA and LALIGA 2.

If the 2025-26 LALIGA 2 season is cancelled, postponed after June 12, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there are no teams confirmed for promotion within that timeframe, the corresponding market will “No”.

This market will resolve according to the person appointed as the next permanent manager of Elche CF.

If no permanent manager is appointed by August 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, the market will resolve to "Other."

Appointments of 'interim,' 'caretaker,' or other non-permanent managers will not impact this market's resolution.

An announcement of a new permanent manager's appointment before this market's close date will immediately resolve this market to the corresponding option, regardless of when the announced appointment goes into effect.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed team clinches a league phase spot in the 2026-27 Conference League per UEFA rules. Otherwise, the associated market will resolve to "No".

If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed team to clinch a league phase spot in the 2026-27 Conference League (e.g. they cannot mathematically achieve a Conference League place, cannot qualify through play in European or cup competitions, etc.), the associated market will resolve to "No". 

If the 2025-26 LaLiga season is cancelled, postponed after August 31, 2026 11:59 PM ET, or the teams that qualified for the 2026-27 Conference League have not been officially confirmed by UEFA within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "No".
